Inwardly, I am an eternal student. Outwardly, I have a degree in Rhetoric and Writing from The University of Texas at Austin, and prior to entering UX and UI design, have freelanced as a writer and translator and taught middle school English.

After leaving my teaching job to pursue a career change, I threw myself into deliberate career research and found UX/UI to be right up my alley. I enrolled in Springboard’s UX/UI Design course, and in it, have learned not only the fundamentals of design, but also where I want to be in the design world.

I’d love to participate in video game development as a UX researcher and designer, and move on to be a full stack designer with more experience. If you’re interested in taking me on your team, please let me know!
